CV Joint clamp banding tool with cutter, 096-81433

Tool is easy removed by sliding sideways after winding has been completed.

Use to install and tighten the "band-it" or strap style clamps on CV joint boots or on power steering rack and pinion steering gear boots.
Once installed into the tool tighten the band by turning the handle on the tool;
Use a socket or wrench on the handle to torque the band to OE specifications.
When the boot clamp has been tightened to specs cut the band to the correct length by flipping the lever (at the front of the tool) forward.
